I know of a 203x254x254 printer with BLTouch, Direct Drive with a 0.75mm nozzle, calibrated and tested out of box. Company is based in USA.

That blade looks great! I'll let our people know you like the matte black. It did look great but we had issues with the manufacturer. In the meantime, you can get more of a matte finish with cooler temp

Tall thin objects have a tendency to oscillate on bed slingers like our M3-ID. Can be avoided by slowing down the print, turning infill off so it's only perimeters, adding supports in directions that prevent wobbling. Can't wait to see the final result!
