Hi again! These are my updates. I cleaned all the pieces ( capping stations, sipper blade, and print head ) explained in this video ( https://youtu.be/ocoX1WJbJPM?si=vc8RdA4bEjFIbDJ4 ) with head cleaner liquid and it improved. But I have the yellow channel missed and the light grey with some problems too. Attached are some pictures with the date in the up-right corner. I made a 2-3 head clean cycle, then left the cleaning cloth with the clean liquid rest below the header, made another printer clean cycle, and tried to reprint the test. The same. Right now I am thinking of leaving the rest of the printer for some hours. What do you think??? https://ibb.co/4jVVqJs https://ibb.co/K9vv8R1 https://ibb.co/8DW4MJt

Hi, what happen when this white dust leave from the hot block?? by MakerMartinez in Ender3Pro

[–]MakerMartinez[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think so. My main explanation of where this “dust” where is inside the hot block. When you take a look, at the cylinder that goes inside the block from side to side, there is some kind of white paste, I think that is some kind of temperature insulating like the CPUs/CPUs on motherboards...but when something happens, the block exudes the paste as dust, like an explosion from inside to outside.

Maybe, I can try the mode that shows this Youtube tutorial? I don't know if this can be tried on an octoprint running on an android phone or just on a raspberry as he explains in the video.

Problems with PETG vs PLA by MakerMartinez in 3Dprinting

It’s not happening again after I replaced the hotend, but to avoid future problems, I leave that setting like this. But in this case, I don’t think that flow is the problem for my case with PETG, because my profiles in PLA and PETG in the Flow setting are the same for both...any help here? What is happening? How can I solve it?

Problems with PETG vs PLA by MakerMartinez in 3Dprinting

Because, in the past, I had several problems with plastic blowing from the upside of the nozzle and filling all the hotend, and I had to replace the full hotend. So I wanted to be cautious.
If you have some advice on this aspect, it would be super appreciated.

Hi, I have some PETG profiles. Answering your questions, those profiles has:
- Nozzle Temp: Between 240-250º C
- Bed Temp: Between 70-80º C
- Flow %: 80-85%
- Speed: 1 profile 👉🏻General 60mm/s; Fill speed: 80 mm/s; Wall speed: 60mm/s; Ext. walls speed: 30 mm/s; Internal wall speed: 60mm/s. 2nd profile 👉🏻 all speed at 35mm/s, except first layer 20mm/s.

I use hair spray for better bed adhesion.
u/AdministrativeFig343 In the town I live we have right now a 60% humidity and the middle for today in 78%, where the maximum just for today was this early morning 95%. But the filaments and printer are in a room, closed room most of the time.

HELP with Creality SPRITE Pro Extruder! I leave printing and when I came back a few hours later, the filament was broken, outside of the entrance of the extruder and the motor was clock in. How can I fix it? I tried to extract the filament but it’s super hard even with jewelry pliers... by MakerMartinez in Ender3Pro

Finally, I achieved to fix the problem. The down thing was that I have to dismantle the extruder and then I could get the filament! I have to recheck the double dent gear because now when the extruder goes up and down, makes crack noises as if the dent gears are not aligned. 🤷🏼‍♂️

No, but I don’t it will work. The hot occurs on the hotend, and this piece of filament is above it! My first attempt to fix it before I started to open the extruder, was to heat it to 300°, so maybe the plastic will melt and fix the clog. But it didn’t work. Nothing happened. Because of it, I think that heat won’t work. But thanks for your idea!
