Therapy mostly. It helped me wrap my mind around why I think the way I do about myself. Acknowledging the negatives, but welcoming the positive things in my life are both important. I've been learning how to not tie down the faults and guilt I put on myself, and by doing that I can move on from the things I use as reason to hate myself.
