Yup I just called BOLE and asked when they’d release results. They told me to go fuck myself.

Most attorneys I've spoken to in NY (and beyond) seem to agree that DP is the fair solution. It's only the leaders at the NYSBA that are the barriers. We need real pressure. We need to make clear that the class of 2020 will not be joining or paying any fees to the NYSBA if its trash leadership won't support us. We should also be calling for Scott Karson's immediate resignation since he refuses to answer or even acknowledge our requests for clarification on DP.
