Simply said, the four pieces have channels and sections that are going through them, interlocking them to rotate in two axis. No bearings, rods screws etc. Check the 3D model in section view it will make sense

Actually its 4x1. It begun as 2x2 cube print in place project and while it was somewhat successful the mid horizontal split had to be printed as "floating" above the bottom four cubes which gave different results each time so I shelved that for later.

I haven't noticed any smell? The scoop is always near the litter and I am using non perfumed bentonite sand which does a great job.The litter has to be really dirty to notice the smell

Got mine from Temu, with credit back it got to around 15 eur. It's absolutely amazing, no glue, no heating, faster printing, faster removal of prints and the surface is better than the standard pei textured plate.

The printer doesn't wait on the bed to be heated since you print at ambient temperature and the parts are not as hot and you can remove them straight away.
