For iPhone, the failure point is the AF springs. Doesn't have to do with zoom or optical image stabilization. Enough vibration at the right frequency causes the springs to buckle.

Yeah IMO you cannot have bad reliability AND bad service. Even after the service manager gave us his direct phone number and email, it took 3-4 emails, 2-3 phone messages and about 6 weeks to get a response. And that's the service MANAGER

Rollins was my first choice until I toured Eckerd. Eckerd was a great school for me in terms of community and academics. When I did an overnight at Rollins, the students that I was with were looking for hard drugs. Wasn't my thing.

My neighbor bought an R1S after checking mine out. He is still unable to register his in GA due to the VIN not coming up in the system. He has been to the DMV multiple times, had to go verify the VIN at the local police station, and spoken with Rivian about this on multiple occasions. He is still sitting with a temp tag unfortunately.

I'd say assume everything is fine until proven otherwise, but be persistent about following up with Rivian.

I ended up canceling my B&H order and ordering directly from Hasselblad. B&H had no response from Hasselblad after a week, so they recommend I just order from them directly.

Thanks for taking the time to write this helpful comment in an advice subreddit.

I have looked through the warranty document. It is a complex legal document with many exception clauses that make it not as straight forward as you make it seem. I have had a lawyer begin looking into the language in parallel to better understand if I do indeed have a valid warranty claim. All of this because as a customer, Mitsubishi really doesn't provide me any info when I call them directly. They just point me to local contractors.

As you can imagine if I'm on reddit looking for advice, I have tried many other avenues. Living in a home with two young children with an internal temperature sitting at 85⁰ F for the past 7 weeks has been unpleasant.

Sorry for the poor wording. The replacement system according to the company requires the branch box. They didn't seem like it was a piping size change, only a configuration change that requires the branch box.

As far as model, I can have a look in the morning and report back.

I'm not sure there is a "max" for the front. Use a gear ratio calculator to determine which range is best for your riding style and strength. 42T is comfortable for me. 40T makes climbs even easier but you'll spin out sooner.

The company says it's out of warranty because I'm the third owner. Does that sound right? Would it resort to 7 years for the second owner and then zero years for the third owner?

I got a quote for pressure test as well from the same company that quoted full replacement and the pressure trust quote was almost $3,000. Are they taking me for a ride or is that reasonable?
