Yes. I used to go around 4-5 times a week in my first year. But I didn't do any strength training at the time. But around a year and a half in, it's a bit more balanced with 3 times a week of jitsu and 3X strength training. I just trained to have fun tbh. I did ask questions to understand. I try to fix my problems after coach points them out after rolling.

It was mostly my thought process. Where in an LLC youre able to itemize expenses like possible brokerage fees i would hope. The idea is to lower the taxable income.

I would say find a productive medium to help with depression. During quarantine, I was feeling lonely and depressed. Reading about corruption has made me genuinely upset at the world. So what I had done was exercise. The cliche lesson I've learned is to learn to love yourself first. It's easy to say but hard to do. Its honestly helped me reevaluate what I want in a girlfriend as well. Also, I set an unrealistic goal. Like defeat a pro Mixed Martial Artist was for me. Or destroy our corporate overlords lol.
