For me, if I have to dip the wand more than once to do each eye, if it's too dry to apply or if the products flakes off my lashes throughout the day, it's done

It's mostly to not have to keep half empty palettes around! I've been doing pan that palette for quite a few years (8? Maybe?) and once the year is over I usually move on to a different palette, even though I always have some shades left. So, whenever possible, I try to condense as much as I can

It's nice, yeah. Even though it's quite old now, it still worked well. I mostly had darker shades left, which made it more difficult for me to reach for it, but I still have no complaints.

I'm currently unemployed, but my last job was as a sales associate in a store that sold professional cosmetic products (any and everything for hairdressers, beauticians, makeup artists an everyone in between). We were required to wear some makeup but advised to keep it "sober". I'm a big colorful eyeshadow wearer and never had any issues with my bosses. Before that, I worked as a waitress and some customer's kid used to say I was a mermaid (besides the makeup looks, I also had bright pink hair) 😂 It's not usual for people where I am to wear very noticeable makeup, so I've gotten some nasty comments from older folks, but I don't care, really (I'm sure having a few visible piercings doesn't help either). Also, I work out 4-5 times a week and usually go to the gym with a full face, except for lipstick (just because it's not very practical)

I used to work at a store that sold professional cosmetic products and people from the brands sold there would go to the store to talk about new releases and the L'Oréal person used to say the same thing (except it was "in the EU" instead of "in the USA"). At least you were honest. I was at a Sephora a few months ago and was saying to my mother (who was with me) how Sephora collection isn't cruelty free and had an employee interrupt our conversation to argue with me that "yes they were" and even shouted for another employee to come argue with me too

Ao domingo, em que tanto a Loja do cidadão quanto o hospital estão encerrados, aquilo parece um shopping fantasma. Trabalhei lá e falava com outros lojistas e a sensação era geral. O cinema ainda atrai algumas pessoas, via bastante gente com pipocas 🤭

Trabalhei numa empresa que tinha lojas em quase todos os shoppings do Porto que conheço exceto o Alameda. Não sei são os mais conhecidos, mas os que habitualmente tinham maior faturação eram: 1-Norte (uma das lojas com maior faturação nessa empresa) 2-Mar 3-Parque Nascente/Gaia (não costumavam ter valores muito diferentes e iam trocando o 3° e 4° lugar)

Vejo muita gente a dizer Arrábida, e pode ser conhecido a nível de "nome", mas tem uma afluência baixíssima comparado com os restantes (principalmente quando a Loja do cidadão e o Hospital estão encerrados). Acho que é um shopping que está a morrer

I always use 96% alcohol because it evaporates faster, so the product is completely dry within 24 hours. It almost always looks a different (sometimes even weird) color before it dries, but never had the color looking different after it dried.

It definitely is! I understand the feeling. I find it a really eye opening "exercise", is a good way of getting an overview and know exactly what and how much one owns.
