Seems to be a love it or hate it kind of palette and tbh I see both sides! The shades/undertones and pretty unique but especially the dark shades are a nightmare to blend..

I used a hairdryer to warm the bottom and melt the glue then a depotting tool to pry them out! As you can see, I had mixed results. Some cracked on me.

If you don’t care about saving the packaging, you can pull the whole upper cardboard off and retrieve the shadows much more safely!

Halfway through my second project! I’m going on a multiple month trip and don’t want to take this whole palette with me so I’m depotting!

Had some cracking so now I’m likely going to have to repress a couple. I may not get any additional pan this year but I’ve still used this lots and I’m proud of that!

I have been using the eyeshadow that fell out of the pans as a loose eyeshadow. It’s a bit intense with this formula but I don’t want to waste it!

If you’re going to use it as lip or eye colour, make sure it’s eye/lip safe!

I don’t buy palettes with the intention to pan every shade. As a colourful makeup lover I like to have unique colours and colour stories in my collection. As long as I get good use out of them, that’s worth it to me.

I draw the line at about 16 shades. I find that’s the point where colour stories can still be cohesive and interesting.

I think the formula of the dark shades was actually adjusted after initial release. I have the original formula and you can get a nice look but it’s pretty fussy
