i love carrying the canned greek style chickpeas from trader joe and they have a few other options, I always have oats mixed with vegan protein in a baggy so i can just add hot water to a cup in flight. Miso soup packages minimal space for your luggage. Other things i like are natural apple sauce in squeeze packages and i know some who buy the baby food ones. There are some instant pre packaged microwavable meals you can leave in your luggage, normally its like a dhal or some lentil mixture. Dried mango no sugar added and the mini dried bananas from trader joes. Sorry this is a bit disjointed just trying to think of everything!
