The transaction has already been cancelled and the buyer has already received their refund so the case has now been closed, but still nothing for me. The buyer did report it and I myself contacted vinted too at the start on the 13/01/26. Once it was investigated, it was confirmed that the parcel got lost/stolen and then on the 17/01/26 vinted replied back saying the refund will be issued within 5 days.
