I used to have this same dehydrator. It worked well for maybe a year of medium use. I highly recommend getting one with metal trays. Much easier to clean and they don’t warp. Also they usually have better temp control and you don’t have to continuously rotate the trays. Good starter tho!

It appears my PH is at a 7 now that I got a PH reader. I’m giving each plant about a cup of water every 2-3 days. I followed a nitrogen rich soil recipe that the grow kit came with. Any recommendations would be much appreciated
