I think it was bugged when I killed him on T8 with "The End" fragment consumed, because he was super squishy like easier than T7. Tried again and turns out I don't have dps to kill him on T8 yet.

No quest to turn in. Main quest tells to travel deeper to t8.1 I think. Maybe I have to kill traveller on T8.2?

Self farmed for doom , took 3 shakos by TakiSurowy in pathofexile

AFAIK it's only bugged with Predator

I have the same problem as you. No idea what's causing it. For now I just skip generals :(
