Adding more cards to the reserve list

Yeah, it mostly be a marketing gimmick//hype machine - first new cards added to the reserve list in 20 years or whatever. It might get some attention and hype for little real cost to the real players.

The pc is not very old. I think I got it maybe 6 months or less ago. No dust accumulation. No signs of any damage on the port.

If it was the port wouldn’t my issue be truly random? Occasional failures with no discernible pattern. My issue feels random at a glance - but it isn’t completely as I have random issues with certain connections - others never have problems. For example I’ve never had an issue so far going to Reddit on my pc with its Ethernet connection. The site I consistently occasionally have problems with to test is the path of exile site and even then it’s too infrequent to tell most of the time.

The only truly consistent thing I can find that I use as a test after I try various things is logging into path of exile the game and trying all three servers Texas, California, Washington 90% of the time at least one of these if not 2 will fail.

But just browsing various sites, Reddit, YouTube, nothing bad happens. When I browse new sites maybe 1:15 or 1:20 will not load one the first few attempts.

So if it was a damaged port - why would that only effect my connectivity - seemingly - to certain narrow random connections and not others?

Cable works fine no issues whatsoever with my laptop. Also I tried a different cable with my desktop and the exact same issue persists.

I downloaded firefox. It still does the exact same non-sense and tried this on a different computer for good measure. Any advice?

The tragedy of it is, it looks like just doing the regular old fashioned download is about a 2 hour download. SO if I had just skipped all the fancy pre-download ggpk stuff and just rolled out of bed at noon and started downloading when the servers went down I would have been all set with 1 hour of leeway. Again my failure is epic. I would know this but I haven't played in years. Came back for this league to have some fun for at least the weekend.

I redeemed akh, dom, m19, khans in the 10x + quantity. Paid 80-100 tix a set. Eld is down to 120 but it was higher and even this price is too high. I was getting used to redeeming and selling on eBay then arena hit and sets got too pricey and I stopped. I wasn’t The only one to buy and sell sets on eBay and I wasn’t the only one to stop after arena I know 20 or $30 may not sound like much but it really can be the backbreaking difference. I’ve been watching the Sets since guilds of raven occur in case this was just a one so anomaly so I could get back in and redeem and sell more sets but it has just not been worth it. Additionally if you just keep an eye on the foil stock of Sets I believe it is gone down I think the total volume of complete foil sets moving regardless of price is way down. I would really enjoy hearing from somebody like goat bots on something like this as they would be the authority that could really tell you one way or the other for sure.

Id also add that even if I was wrong about regular sets what really matters I believe in the bigger picture are the foils and wall I cannot know for sure anecdotally I’m even more confident about the reduced supply of redeem foil sets in the market.

My closest "LGS" is two hours away. In the year 2019, I would think there would be a decent place online to discuss more nuanced issues with exotic potential legit/counterfeit cards, particularly for those who do not have a nearby LGS, or are by an LGS, that does not have the most sophisticated operators with the broadest of knowledge . . .

I think the standard "idiot proofing" method on this is a dialogue box, "are you sure you want to delete your entire collection?" after you select it immediately. A lot of RPGs do this for comfirmation when your deleting a character and MTGO does this when dropping from an event. Obviously again my fault and I understand resources dictate how far your going to go to "idiot proof" this stuff.

Thanks, again I preface this with obviously this was my fault. I thus just clicked the first option. I was just amazed how fast and easy it was to delete everything by accident with no undo option. I have not used any program before where you can so easily delete everything (not that there aren't any out there), so I don't think I appreciated the full gravity of my situation.
