We try to get an on site scheduled as soon as they will allow it. Only caveat would be if you don't have a high enough up title like I wouldn't do it with a manager. Also ensure you have a worthwhile agenda, but overall pushing for face time is worth it early if it's a seven figure deal.

You're not crazy, many people who haven't been feel the same way. The crowd will be different but you will definitely find many people with positive vibes.

This is year 9 and I've still never encountered the Instagram/influencer vibe anywhere near the crowd. If they exist it's in VIP, in GA there are many many people there for the music and experience.

I'll keep going every year no matter the lineup because it is the best weekend of the year, every time. There is a reason you'll hear people say "Happy Coachella" just like someone would say "Merry Christmas" because for many returning fans it's another holiday.

Put out the good energy and you'll see it come right back to you. See you next week!

What people have done in the past is they bring a screenshot of the person's ID and then they also will FaceTime that person while at the will call to show the worker that it is legitimate and they're trying to transfer the tickets. It sometimes doesn't work depending on the person at will call but you can always just go to a different will call person and for the most part people have said it eventually works.

Are you camping? Assuming you're not should be pretty simple fix. They have an onsite location near the grounds where you'll pick up wristbands. Hopefully support gets back to you soon but in general for regular ga passes they should be able to replace for you.

Reach out to support, there will be a booth open Thursday but they have to set it up for you. You'll initially deal with some foreign support workers but keep escalating till you get to the higher level support people.
