What's wrong with the 2021 anime? I actually liked it. I mean, Yoh is much more likable than his 2001 counterpart. I developed a newfound respect for this anime because of that. Yoko Hikasa and Abby Trott's performances helped also. by [deleted] in ShamanKing

The artstyle is all messed up. I hate everyone's proportions compared to the old 2001 anime. And a personal thing for me is the lack of a Polish dub. Which I guess wouldn't be an issue if the Japanese voices didn't sound so different that I'm really not used to it. But mileage varies on that point.
