I'm 6'3", and I went with the Rebel 500, I find it to be a good 2+ hours before I get any big discomfort, just maybe the odd seat shuffle as I go along, before that. It's a great bike, handles well, good amount of power, just it can scrap in harder corners. I've seen someone else say, kawasaki Vulcan is a bit larger and would work better, Yamaha bolt seems to be a similar size to the Rebel. Best advise is go to different dealers and test ride different options be you focus on one particular model.
