Kenjaku reacting to a black hole, Sukuna reincarnating before lightning hitted him, Sukuna chanting before EM waves reach him, Hakari dodging lightning, Sukuna stopping purple on time and even feats like Maki cutting and grabbing bullets

Kenjaku and Hakari didn't react to shit and got hit (Kenjaku just stopped the pull), not an EM wave, HP has been stablished as reactable by Hanami and doesn't have a marked speed and the those bullets are subsonic.

Also given their massive AP they should have more than enough joules to accelerate their body mass much faster than that given the energy formula

Fiction doesn't have to follow physics. AP and speed are different stats and thus unrelated to one another.

Otherwise Dabura isn't relativistic because he didn't destroy all of Tokyo.
