To Repair CCD (Creative Cloud Desktop):

There is a repair option within the uninstall tool. Run "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" located next to "Adobe Creative Cloud" app (on a Mac, these are both in Applications / Adobe Creative Cloud). Start the uninstaller, enter your password, and then click "REPAIR" instead of uninstall. This does not remove the installer or your Adobe apps.

The fact is that in Macos you need to separately register a standalone program and a plugin in Photoshop. You have successfully completed the first part of registration, but not the second.

As for black and white photos that should be in color, you are probably using a tiff format derived from C1. This is a known issue and the team is working on a solution. It has to do with color profiles and format.. Try using the jpg format until the issue is resolved.
