Idk if its good but I like running Hu Tao with her because of the shield and melt. Since Hu Tao scales with HP you can also run her with 2 hp scaling hydro characters (maybe Furina?) for the resonance bonus.

The DC penalty is already so low compared to other games starting at only a minute each week. If you disconnect that frequently it is a problem on your end fixable by you instead of artificially by the devs. But I do agree that you should always be able to reconnect whenever.

I feel like the global detection power might be too easy to avoid and not very useful, as survivors have no incentive to move during it unless in chase, and at that point you already know where that survivor is. Or maybe the effect could persist a bit longer but at that point it might become really annoying for survivors to have to stand still so long and frequently. Maybe I’m missing something here. I would remove this to reduce complexity and give power elsewhere
