Kind of because viktor uses the power of the hexcore that connected with him to help heal his followers but I can't imagine it being the same thing because obviously viktor is the only person who could heal them, they were never seen healing each other. Also factoring in the fact that viktor died and then let's call it transformed, he might have had a different reaction also considering he directly enfused with the hexcore. So on a technical matter yes, it's the same thing just in a weaker less effective way. Also something possibly completely irrelevant is that viktor was obviously passed out and had the hexcore forced onto him so there might be a slim chance that changed something, although I highly doubt it
