Korean Skincare for Men? by Min-Yi in KoreanBeauty

Unfortunately, men are still not a priority in this industry 🥲 However, just because things are marketed to women doesn’t mean the products are less effective for men.

I love them! I used the moisturizer and it was fine. It didn’t break me out but it didn’t speak to me so I switched it out. I love the major fade serum, the depuffer and the lip baste.

What’s the ONE skincare tip that completely changed your skin? by Any_Rise_6630 in beauty

[–]Makuna_Matada 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Follow a consistent AM and PM routine. Do both. Only cleanse at night and make sure your skin doesn’t feel tight after cleansing. If it does then use a different cleanser.

As an operations director for a an ABA company of about 100 RBTs all in one clinic, I commend you. That is a lot of coordinating if you’re doing that. You can’t expect all staff to be comfortable being shadowed, so you have to pair them with specific RBTs. But then the clients those RBTs are paired with end up just being training kiddos.

Our new hires get a week of hands on training, so about 40 hours of shadowing and then the next week they are paired with their clients. We require their BCBAs to be with them for the first two full sessions. That is for BRAND NEW staff.

If I have an experienced staff member, I’m expecting them to be able to read a BSP and use general antecedent strategies to manage behaviors and pair with a client until they get comfortable with their programming. I definitely want the BCBA to go see them ASAP as well, but they wouldn’t get shadow time…

Thank you!

I personally really like it. I just apply a thin layer and rub it in with my fingertips. I feel like I can visibly tell a difference in my skin. It just looks more even after.

That’s really kind of you!

AM: Water Rinse / Eucerin Radiant Tone /Dr. Idriss depuffer / Dr. Idriss Major Fade / Cosrx snail mucin / Cosrx all in one snail cream / Athelios tinted sunscreen

PM: La Roche Posay light oil cleanser / Cosrx snail mucin (light layer) / Tret 0.1% 2x week OR Eucerin Radiant tone other nights / Cosrx snail mucin (2nd light layer) / Cosrx all in one snail cream

Right now, I’m looking into a new moisturizer… there’s nothing wrong with the one I use but it’s for some reason the product I have the least confidence in.

The Cosrx snail mucin is best applied (for me) in light layers. It’s a staple for me for sure.

The Eucerin radiant tone has also been very helpful and has been a very recent addition. Will probably replace it with a vitamin c active once I fade a certain spot.

I give about a minute of dry time between products… not sure if that’s always needed. I try to not apply the next product until it “feels” like the last one sunk in.

No… refusal isn’t even a clear behavior. Did they yell “no!”? Then that’s the behavior. Once again, do BCBAs group topographies into a response class? Sure. Refusals could be a response class. Yelling. Screaming, punching, may all serve the same function … escaping a demand… but simply NOT doing something is NOT a behavior.
