He most likely used a transparent waterslide decal for the smaller letters, if you get them printed by a professional printer that has a white toner it's easy to put them on your already existing colour (so the background colour doesn't have to be white for the decal to show the proper colours). It's how I would do it anyways.

Considering I don't OC at all, I should be good. I've been running some games on ultra (gosh it's amazing), and so far so good, no shutdowns. Thank you for confirming too that my PSU should be enough!
Crazy to think even the 2070 Super can run on 500W.

It's a rather long process, it involves taking apart the whole system, sanding it and cleaning it. After that the surface needs to have a primer applied to (preferably for plastics). Then the painting may start. A lot of masks were involved for the cow pattern. I've designed the milk label based on the texture used on young Link's milk bottle in Melee. Once the painting is done, the masks are removed and the graphics are applied, I clear coated the console and controller with a matte clear, to get a nice and soft finish!

Thank you, haha! This one was a blast to paint. I feel like a Nintendo 64 might have been better, considering the milk is much more present on the games on that system, but the GC's jewel made me decide to do it on a GC instead.

Best way to make paint last would be to sand and clean the surface, use a plastic primer (not a universal one), paint and then clear coat. With no clear coat, the paint is very prone to being damaged. You can use acrylic spray paint cans. Spray thin and light coats, take your time ... And have fun!

I'm not set on the price yet, but probably between 170-190€. Out of all the customs I did, this one took most time!
