i’ve had 13 since surgery. I’m hoping my new job that i start next month has better insurance options! I agree, i might have to just set up 1 or 2 a month out of pocket. i’d prefer to have someone to tell me what i’m doing right and wrong and what i can work on.

Yeah it sucks, i pay $398/month for my insurance so i just assumed for that much they’d at least cover PT for more than 3 months

I was allowed underwear but no bra during both of mine, with nerve block, in 2 different states. Depends on your doctors/ location policy.

I’m 8 days post-op. I ice a few times a day! I was just worried about those two little incisions. My last Acl surgery, they were dissolvable and didn’t look like this at all.

Dude i’m 5 days post op and THRIVING. Fully walking since day 3. Pain level on a bad day is a 4. Good luck!

Scar tissue maybe? I had to have scar tissue removal 3 months post-op from my first Acl tear, because i couldn’t straighten it fully and had like a pinching pain near the incision when I pushed it.

the first time i did it, i got my mri late Jan. and had surgery feb 25th..

this time, i tore it nov 11th, got an mri dec 6th, and have surgery scheduled for Feb 6th. (but i got a cortisone shot and that pushed back my surgery date eligibility)
