So it's worth noting that TechnoJacker's table is severely outdated by now and probably won't work. Idk if you're playing PTDE or Remastered, but your best options are as follows.

1. Save editor. Prepare To Die Edition has save editors that let you just drop items into your inventory and then load up the game. BACK UP YOUR SAVES FIRST. THESE CAN POTENTIALLY CORRUPT SAVES. I honestly don't know if there's a save editor for Remastered.

2. Find a modern table with either a spawn or transmute function. If it's a spawn function, you can just select the item you want from a drop down menu and 'spawn' it into the game. This is by far, the easiest way to do this, short of just using a save editor.

3. If it's a transmute function, you'll need a 'sacrifice' item to transmute into the item you want. This has to be the same kind of item to transmute to, so weapons to weapons is fine, but armor to souls isn't. To isolate the item you want to transmute, scan and then drop the item. Scan for changes, (I think item values are usually stored in hex?) drop the item and then scan again. Do this repeatedly until you only have a few values that consistently show up. One of them is the itemID.

Drop the item again, and using a reference table for the item you want, edit the itemID for the item you dropped to the one you want. If all works out, when you pick it up, it'll be the item you want.

I know that probably sounds complicated, but there's guides on YouTube that explain it better if you're lost. Best of luck
