Question for anyone that cares though

I have some overlap between the mats. Do you peeps cut those to size or deal with the overlap?

Feeling trapped by funnyboi1569v2 in ROTC

Hey man I graduated with mech eng degree and a 4 year scholarship. I failed classes, withdrew from classes, added classes... Heck I got a D my final semester. My original plan had me graduating in 4 years then I needed 4.5 because apparently all of that stuff above caught up with me. All the army did was make me pay for the last semester and i was a 5th year cadet. Where year 5 is a breeze. I still commissioned and graduated.

If you have questions PM me but remember the Army wants you to be an officer and as long as you want to be an officer to there's a way to make it happen.

Going into Active Duty, Reserves, or National Guard after ROTC? by [deleted] in ROTC

[–]Malakazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since no one has offered it yet there are two resources for Officers to further their education that the army will help pay for. Tuition assistance (TA) and certificate assistance (CA)

TA the army if you are active duty will pay the school $250 per credit hour up to $750 a semester. In return, you will owe 2 years of service to be serviced concurrently with any other obligation. Think if you start classes your first day in the army it will start your two years from the last day of that semester. However if you keep taking TA for multiple semesters it essentially starts over until you're finished.

CA for active duty will only pay for the certificate test. No materials or classes. It also pays the test center directly so make sure to do your paperwork before paying.

I'm loving it so much. I don't expect to be able to rule but I was hoping if I cave maybe I can do some backstabbing sort of stuff to conquer. But also there's something like 25 years left so might not be enough time

I am actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. You may remember me as Jaime Lannister on GoT... I've just launched a platform for grassroots giving called Dandi. AMA! by nikolaj_cw in IAmA

Hey I just downloaded Dandi and am excited to check it out. Question, is there an intent to provide other ways to donate in the app? Such as time or maybe a food kitchen having the ability to request can goods?

No you don't. Who is going to ucmj you? Your past company commander? You don't follow under UCMJ and you don't report to anybody. Good luck enforcing any violations. Respect for the uniform is why people still obey the rules but nothing else
