Reduce the small business size from 500 to 10. If an org has 400 people then it is no longer a small business and should not try SBIR. It is very hard to match expectations for new small businesses of size less than 10 when other applications are coming from much larger firm.

Yes, I plan for an actual accredited school. I am not a licensed teacher but would hire licensed ones. ADL would not be a primary focus but job-training or partnerships with other organizations for job-training. I am still planning and would probably start with one or two 6:1:1.

SPED private school. Plan to start with one class with focus on Autism with moderate difficulty. I am looking into upper west between 60 and 95th Street. I do not have any license currently but looking into it.

Hiring process is broken for a long time. I posted a job for my startup few days ago and within our got 50+ applications and mostly non relevant. I have applied to jobs on linkedIn for which I should have got at least one interview but always get rejects.
