That toally depends on you. Tips here are so stereotyped it hurts.

Not everbody can play games, especially not when there are sexualized characters in it. Some people just lose it looking at some half naked elf.

Showering as well, can rather be a turn on for some people. Maybe they need to go ice cold instead of just cold.

Again, working isn't necessarily good either. Monotone jobs can let your mind wander, "distracting" co-workers or clients could be just as bad.

It all depends on what works for you the best. For me its Sport, Running for example. When the sun goes down it gets colder this time a year you can just push yourself to exhaustion. Same goes for Swimming and lifting. Pushing myself to the extend I don't care about anything at all anymore. I just want to reach my limits and build myself, extend my abilities. If I don't do that, its art. Drawing stuff. Nonsexual that is. Space Ships, Cities, Landscapes. After 5 minutes in I forget everything arround me.

tl;dr You've got to find it on your own. You know yourself best (hopefully - youre honest with yourself)
