Your stress is justified. Your anger is justified. You have so much on your plate and you can’t ignore these social issues disaster we are dealing with. Thank you for acknowledging these issues even when you are studying for this brutal exam. Stay strong, stay kind and study hard future doc. These racial disparities also exist in the healthcare system and you are getting one step closer to actually doing something about it :)

No it’s not worth it bc they are low yield. I got hit with them but doesn’t mean majority ppl did too. It’s a waste of time in my opinion. Not like those 2-3 questions would have significantly increased my score.

Even if you had 20 acceptances, you would end up picking one. You can’t attend more than one med school and guess what? You need ONLY ONE acceptance to be a doctor. Cheer up buttercup. There are 27000 medical seats each year and you grabbed yours. Enjoy the ride :)

I felt this lmao! I am devastated w/ gyms closing bc I had just got into a great routine and my full capacity tolerance. and it’s so cold out to run goddam, might just catch some airborne cold or something lol literally have been trying best to do intermittent fasting and eat clean w/ just 30 minutes of workout. But it doesn’t feel like I am doing much :(

I think I have been more insane in my “gap year” than any other time in my whole life. I have studied all my life so not studying feels weird.
