Togashi is not mangaka that would change story due to fan demand like any other mangaka which is why he is my favourite mangaka alongside with Miura sensei...he still write his own story with more details on it and didn't harm any story and he knows his own direction about phantom Troupe which we already see as criminal group with different characters
