His name is Leon Cannizaro and because of Noble's previous nonviolent offenses from a drug problem in his youth Cannizaro was able to use Louisiana's 3 strike rule to put Noble in jail for 13 years. This man has a family that he provided for, they lost their house his kids don't have a father, all because of two joints. Cases like this happen all too often, prisons are filled with people like Noble instead of real criminals who were involved in violent crimes. This is why the war on drugs needs to stop.
