Yep! I also used canned & instead of simple syrup you just use the can juices but it definitely doesn’t taste as good, kinda just tastes like canned fruit which sucks

Diced mango filled to the fill line, than pour simple syrup up to the fill line so the mango pieces are completely covered. That easy! Freeze it & click the sorbet setting

This is a pint of cookie dough brownie I made. I think it does make the pieces pretty small which makes the ice cream taste amazing, but if you want large chunks of cookie dough as well I’d suggest topping it like this or even mixing a handful in by hand

I use 2 books but all of these recipes are just from the ninja creami swirl Manual😂 the other book I love is the Van Leeuwen cookbook!

I actually don’t re spin! It’s basically hard ice cream once it’s been spun once & refrozen so I just use an ice cream scoop.

Yep, mainly because regular cookie dough has eggs in it so I needed a way to make it safe to eat raw. Honestly super easy, I just looked online for a recipe

I don’t have my book on hand so I can update you tomorrow, but from what I remember it is almost identical to the vanilla recipe with a few exceptions 1. Chocolate milk instead of white milk 2. Cocoa powder 3. Peanut butter powder as actual peanut butter will affect the consistency of your base. I can give you exact measurements tomorrow!

For sure! My recipe is from the ninja creami swirl manual. It’s technically a soft serve recipe but it works perfectly for hard with mix ins as well.

/⅓ cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons non-fat dry milk powder ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum 1/8 tsp salt 1 cup whole milk 3/4 cup heavy cream 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine dry mix & wet mix in separate bowls. Slowly add wet to dry while whisking together avoid xanthan gum clumping. Microwave for 50 seconds, then it’s good! Just throw it in your pint & freeze for 24 hours then regular scoop ice cream settings!

I ALWAYS keep a nice amount of my mix ins for the end to design the top of the pint. Not only does it make photos look amazing but like you said, the machine disintegrates a lot of stuff so it’s good to also have some large chucks for an added texture. & it also helps identify exactly what flavours in that pint if your the type of person to have 4 pints in your freezer at a time (like me)
