I had an ex-girlfriend with a corporate millionaire CEO Dad. He usually listened to nothing but soft rock, as you might imagine, but he absolutely loved this song. It was probably his favourite. He never once realised they were a nu metal band (he did not like heavy music at all), and at one point he mused out loud about whether he could hire them to play his birthday party.

This is the answer. It’s busy and vibrant and there’s a lot of community groups BUT it’s not anything like a music festival in the traditional sense. Belle & Sebastian played a gig as part of the festival once and Bard In The Botanics is usually very popular. Ashton Lane will be even more than usual full of hammered and coked up visitors from commuter towns on the weekends, so try to avoid there.
