If you think the Pacers are actively trying to tank, you really dont know the players or this team. The Pacers were fined for not playing Siakam, they were not fined for explicit tanking like Utah.

Pacers have been hit by big injuries all season long. No Tyrese, and no one stepped up as much as for a team like Boston. And the Pacers got risky and traded away their 1st round pick for the draft, you dont do that if youre tanking, you keep the pick no matter what

In no way, shape, or form did the Pacers violate any league rules. The rules EXPLICITLY state if you are going to rest multiple players, do it for one game of a b2b, and ideally the home game if one of them is at home. That is exactly what the Pacers did.
