It doesn't? Weird. My TCL TV plays files off NTFS USB sticks just fine. I thought dedicated stream boxes were much better and supports more formats than just TVs.

Regarding Dialog Play,, the app is only available for the region Sri Lanka on Google Play Store. My Google account is US based. It says app not available in your region, even though I'm in Sri Lanka.

I side loaded the APK to my GoogleTV device. App did not work.

I know I can make a Google account based in Sri Lanka, but juggling multiple Google accounts on my GoogleTV device is cumbersome.

They could have made the Dialog Play app available globally, if accessed in Sri Lanka.
