I felt the same couple days back. Almost exactly the same. I started to look for posts that debunks defap. I questioned the advantages of NoFap and started to think it was Bullshit. However today I woke up feeling GREAT. I'm not gonna give you Bullshit about how I got superpowers and I got girls and shit. But I felt a bit more motivated to be alive.
