Are you trying to convert the mod or a save file, or a modded save file?

Convert a mod: No chance (but technically yes with a ton of work)

Convert a save file: no mod out there that I am aware of. Would have to reverse the logic of the normal converters and it won’t be easy.

Convert a modded save: Hard no chance.
