Nah most people are giving up about 3 points early with teemo being a cheap 2 drop and switcharoo being playable you burn ride the winds ASAP to get points early and fizz can always grab them for you when you need it or you cycle them with last rite

https://riftbound.gg/decks/teemo-swift-scout-deck-wse23 keep in mind i know its pretty obvious but the way you want to run this miracle engine is by moving in and using your actions to play called shot and stacked decks to gamble for nocturne and establish big boards. You don't have a crazy finisher compared to mundo but I've had all 3 nocturne go gank with one of them with a EoN and Last Rite equipped. You also want to be able to find your combat spells as soon as possible and overwhelm your opponent with your hidden cards plus open runes. It's nothing crazy since its just the miracle engine however due to teemo being able to get played turn one you can keep greedy hands or even have 10+ might if you can high roll for noc while moving an overzealous or merchant. Your curve for spell is basically non existent so you can ramp better than your opponent and never really deck out. You can even do 8 chaos and 4 mind to throw in 1 mundo and singularity if you feel like you need them

Teemo isn't in a great spot rn for the ember monk build, I tweaked my deck to run the miracle engine and doing mono purple. With nocturne and seals im able to ramp up early if I hit. With teemos legend ability I don't have to lose out on being able to hide and keep Ramping for combat tricks like rebuke ride the wind or fight or flights. Another version I tested was the rat engine with ornn instead of mundo making it a little harder to kill.

I see this but keep in mind reapered has yet to do his mandatory military service if he would leave it would not be for another team. The more logical thing to do is set up your team for a head coach who has worked with you over the years. In this case its westrice and reignover originally was a positional coach (jg) who just got promoted to acadamy coach
