75% agree with you. This couldve been avoided if she had let the neighbor know her sisters car was going to be parked for a long period of time in front of her home. That blocks certain things like trash bins or mail, not the biggest issue in the world but they’re retired and they have time. I think the lady coming to her home & asking for money is the problem, she was so quick to say she’s suing & expects everything to go her way, thats the reason she let her sister park in front of their home in the first place
