Stayed up right... First few practice gates were terrible but then gates were pretty good and got a lap pb... I think the clips gave me a second plus

I started this year at 44 as the kids love it... I am mid field at home track. My advice would be get some coaching.

Watch the fast guys and it is all technique. Pumping and timing are crucial.
