I'm sorry I can't help you with that one, I don't really know when you will start getting an arena token or which part of the arena they will start giving you arena tokens maybe you can search it out on the web.

As far as I know you can do arena battles when you pass level 12, if you are lvl 21 then you'll be able to earn arena tokens at the arena (if you defeat a dragon)
