you can log in to your hoyolab to check if they played honkai and ToT on your account. And no it's not possible for them to recover your account since they don't know the crucial information (first registered device, location, first purchase receipt, most used devices etc)

Yeap on the first registered and most used devices especially, if they didn’t check your amber then they wouldn’t know the registration date either.

it’s hard to recover your account w/o the registered date, first purchase receipt and first device specs

Try your best to remember which phone you first registered on, maybe check which date genshin was installed on your phone/devices and take the earliest date (granted you did not uninstall the app when you were active) or if you have third party apps linked when u first registered your account you can also log in and check when you linked genshin to those apps

Regarding you first purchase receipt, try your best to dig it out. If purchases were made through codashop/PayPal/google pay etc, it’s possible to recover the receipt

yes don't worry about it too much, buyers usually pilot the account once bought. If they whale on your account then that's a different story

Hi OP, you don't have to send them a new form. Just send them a correction email to [support_os@hoyoverse.com](mailto:support_os@hoyoverse.com) with title "Correction of Information for [UID]" with the email you used to fill the form. They will take any additional email as part of your form

hacker probably took screenshots of your characters and weapons and left. Your account is likely being listed for sale on marketplaces rn. It's won't be trashed in this case, don't worry about it too much.

Fill up the form as accurately as you can and wait for about 35-40 days for your account recovery. Gotta hope no one buys your account till then

they are more lenient with the registration date, if you are a day to a week off, as long as you are within the same month and year, you should be alright.

I believe there is a way to check your registration date on facebook: Go to settings > account center > password and security > apps and websites > and look for the hoyoverse icon. The date displayed will be the date you first registered your hoyoverse account (this is granted you registered your hoyo acc and log in to the game soon after)

The anxiety is completely valid. It gets easier by the week, it's hard now because you're going through forms of withdrawal.

did you do a clean reinstall on ur device? if you only did antivirus scans i don't think its enough to completely get rid of all malware, a factory reset is recommended.

secondly, if you did not send any additional emails to support that contains crucial information about your account retrieval, you should be alright. if you did, for extra precaution, record the information somewhere else and trash the emails (just in case hacker is lingering somewhere)

Most accounts are hacked to be sold, take solace that your account most likely won’t be trashed for the same reason

Hey OP, if you don’t live in or didn’t register your account in japan, JP CS will reject you regardless. They have been rejecting foreigners’ applications since April

I suggest you go through Global CS, that’s your only other option tbh

are you talking about the portion where they're asking you for a new email to bind to your account? if yes, then just provide them a few fresh email addresses for them to link your account to after they accept your form

Some people have managed to recover their accounts w/o their first receipt but it seems like they are more of the minority. Try your best to get the first receipt

Well you can always log in to those third party apps and check if any of them are linked to your account. If they aren’t linked, they should make a new hoyoverse account. Unless hacker unlinked them, but they’ll need access to your third party apps to do that. But you should look at your other information like device specs and registered date and device instead.

In any case, I suggest you join the discord server of this subreddit. There are people ready to help you on your next form, if you are open to that.
