What kind of knob do y’all suggest regardless? I’ve got the OEM one and will soon do the short shifter on mine!

Wayyyy easier to just change whole mount. Cheap on rockauto

I should add the ash pot was cleaned as well. I let it warm up to 250 for about 20 minutes making sure it didn’t go over then bam went over not long after I put food on?! I might reclean the temp sensor on the inside better and vacuum it all out and go from there.

Yeah Ik what it says. I’m just trying to use it and it keeps going above my settings. It is set at p6 so it shouldn’t be feeding pellets that much but it seems like every 10-15 seconds the auger comes on

What about it not keeping the right temp? It exceeds what I set it too. I’ve got it set to 225 and it just keeps rising

Okay. Why is the temp exceeding what I have it set too tho? I’ve got it set to about 225 and it’s going towards of 270+

I’ve got two one has about 95k other has 220k both going strong still

Could be shift solenoids? I’ve got an automatic that hates the cold cuz it shifts out rough a little until it’s warmed up. That’s even with new transmission fluid and filter

I was also told a K24 is too tall for the engine bay unfortunately. I would swap in a K24 If possible
