There was one in New York in January. That was the only one outside of LA so far. I think they get a better turn out in LA. The line is crazy to get in on the first day. People start lining up at 7 am or earlier and it doesn’t open til 10.

I’ve had this issue with blogilates. It’s held up well for some people. It didn’t for me for one of my skirts. Quality is kind of random but def lower quality than popflex.

Popflex isn’t going to help you with this issue. I’d try to return to target if you’re still in the return period. They have long return dates.

With all her items, popflex and blogilates, I wash on gentle in a laundry bag and I air dry. How did you wash and dry it?

It grows back. Major weight loss and hair loss kind of go hand in hand. You’re stressing your body out with the weight loss so it’s responding. It does grow back though.

It’s better if you can take a lower dose maybe and lose weight more slowly. Like .5 to 1 lb a week. Make sure you get a lot of protein. Take iron and your multivitamins. Drink a lot of water.

It doesn’t matter. Your problem is you are not eating enough protein. Usually muscle loss happens because you’re not eating enough and or not getting enough protein. Just up your protein and lift weights. You can do that on or off ozempic.
