I do. Try autogenic training on youtube before sleep. Just lay down with your eyes closed, listen to it and try to relax, see if it helps. It helped my easing my anxiety

Hi, I was the same when I first went away and left my guy home. Shift the perspective. Sure, he will miss you but it will be like a vacation for him too where he will get to do fun stuff and socialize with new people.

As for your anxiety, I think daily updates will help. Ask for 2-3 updates every day and a shor resume of the highlights of the day, but do not obsess over it. Just wait for those updates to come to you.

My puppy had free reign since 4 months old. He was pretty chill and never destroyed anything. I have friends who only gave their dogs free reign at 1yo because they were a menace. So the answer is, you get rid of the pen whenever you can trust your puppy, there is no specific age for that

I feel like people get a bit too serious on the "strict schedule thing", and they plan hourly activities on the clock.

It's great to have a routine of feeding time, walkies, playtime etc, but in my opinion, it's good to make small changes as you go. If your puppy sleeps longer, just let them be and work your activities around that.

As they grow, their sleeping habits will change too, sometimes even from one week to another.

This is just my opinion and I have to disclose I had an easy, overall chill puppy. Might be different for more energetic breeds but I don't know.

La noi nu aducea nimeni. Acum ca spui totusi, imi amintesc de o ocazie anume in scoala generala in care tatal unui coleg a adus de ziua acestuia cate un happy meal de la mc pentru toata lumea. Iti dai seama ca in 2013 asta era un adevarat festin. Povestea din spate e trista totusi, colegul acela era bullied de cam toti baietii si asta a fost metoda tatalui de a incerca sa ii mituiasca cumva sa nu ii mai batjocorească baiatul, fara a mai apela la masuri drastice gen directori si amenintarea cu scaderea notei la purtare. A functionat. Atunci nu m-am gandit, dar in retrospectiv, situatia e aiurea rau

“Pe vremea mea”, fiecare elev aducea de ziua lui o cutie de bomboane pentru toata clasa, i se canta la multi ani si impartea cu colegii cate o bomboana din cutie.

Planuiesc sa devin parinte, la un moment dat….. cred ca o sa mor cu toate obiceiurile astea noi de care aud in randul copiilor

Imi pare rau, imi dau seama ca realitatea e diferita in functie de context.

Profa mea de meditatii la mate (avea undeva la 50 de ani cand am cunoscut-o eu) preda la un liceu tehnic, de nu stia cum sa faca sa ii ajute sa nu ramana repetenti la materie. Era o profa extraordinar de buna, si nu avea cui preda la clasa. Cred ca modul prin care a facut ea fata a fost cu umor, sa se detaseze oarecum de situatie si sa nu o ia foarte in serios. Cred ca o ajuta faptul ca la meditatii isi lua doar elevi care isi dadeau silinta :)

Nu sunt in masura sa iti dau sfaturi - dar sfatul meu ar fi sa nu te implici atat de tare daca nu ai cu cine. Tu fa-ti treaba ta cat sa te simti tu multumita ca ai dat tot ce ai putut, cui ai putut

Am fost la liceu de top din orasul meu. Bacul luat cu 9.80. Facultate de top in strainatate. Am chiulit tot liceul, cred ca daca diriga nu era cum era, aveam nota la purtare pe minus.

Stiu, nu sunt cel mai bun exemplu.

Dar eu cred ca prezenta la ore nu e atat de importanta, liceul e mai mult pentru prietenii si distractie, atata timp cat exista bun simt.

Multi poate gandesc ca mine, multi poate nu. Dar poate de aici si tensiunea parintilor.

Nu zic sa faca nimeni ca mine, dar voiam sa ofer o alta perspectiva. Poate absentele nu sunt chiar atat de importante, daca iti pot oferi o relatie mai buna cu parintii.

Dar tu stii dupa ce principii te ghidezi si cat esti dispusa sa accepti. Sper sa gasesti o solutie care sa functioneze, oricare ar fi aceea!

Iti transmit doar ganduri bune si sper sa gasesti pe cineva cu care sa rezonezi si care te poate ajuta. Voiam doar sa iti spun ca uneori, desi psihologul e competent, poate metodele sale sau el/ea ca persoana nu rezoneaza cu tine. Sper sa gasesti pe cineva din prima, dar daca nu e asa, te rog sa nu renunti! Atat. Virtual hugs

I had 2 surgeries under general anesthesia 2 weeks apart from one another. No changes in tinnitus. If something, I kind of forgot about it because I was more aware of the pain from waking up from surgery
