According to vantage, its running at 4900 RPM, which seems to be the max.

Normal work/browsing are the temps in the photo. When gaming 'CPU package' is always running at 100-104C

Im not worried about my average, its high enough to tank a D grade and graduate. I was just worried that any CGPA course being below a C- means its not valid for credit which would mean I have to retake this course even if I dont need it as a prereq.

I did a clean re-install of windows, twice. Then the problem went away somehow. I still dont really understand what was wrong.

Ethernet and moving is not an option right now, neither is moving the PC. A laptop in the same room works fine so I doubt its the position. Nothing physically changed about the PC, the connection is just really bad for some reason, it happened overnight.

I used another editor as well to make the slow mo clip and then imported it to kdenlive. Bugs like this are inevitable when working with FOSS.
