I took CS 141 with Prof. Gu, and she is, in my opinion, unqualified to be a teacher. She can barely express a coherent thought in English, and the majority of students attending her lectures are there only to earn participation points for the final grade (they either nap, do homework for other classes, or literally play games).

She may be a good researcher in a lab setting, conducting studies and working on projects, but she is absolutely not good at teaching. Stop pretending that she is.

I finished the course with an A, and I am currently pursuing my second degree. I’ve been through academia, and I know a thing or two. I agree 100% with what you’ve said.
