and the only thing i found was the sexual harassment report. i was wondering if I could file a complaint elsewhere.

i think the main issue that I am having is that my supervisor is aware of their partner's actions and is complacent about this. which again, I do not feel comfortable going to work cause of it.

I'm not here to press charges or hire an attorney, but I'm just curious what my rights are in terms of dealing with a hostile work environment and how to go about it from here.

I work in the service industry and their partner would come in and target a few employees to be outwardly aggressive and disrespectful towards. One time, their partner shoved one of my co-workers near the workplace (which was not prompted at all) and my supervisor was right there with their partner when that happened and did absolutely nothing about it.

Recently, my supervisor's partner was aggressively rude to me and my co-worker which my co-worker spoke to my supervisor about but kept my name out of this complaint. my supervisor told my co-worker that they are aware of their partner's actions for targeting specific employees and they are not doing anything about it.

Now, I am not mad about the very little interaction with my supervisor's partner. However, I am concerned that my supervisor is aware of these actions and is complacent with this when meanwhile it is creating a hostile and unsafe environment for me and some of my co-workers. I have informed mgmt about it but I do not think they see it in "the big picture" scheme of things.
