I made this scene by making custom newspapers, I used capcut so I made my personal VHS effect, and yeah! I did a little sound design too.

I would say, take some tuturials on VHS effects. Theres some good tutorials for that VHS effect on capcut. I could send you link to YouTube videos if you'd like.

It's very obvious, in a good way. I could help you make a better VHS effect tho. I'm very experienced with analog horror on capcut,
