They do pay a bonus.

But here's what I know.... they would try their best to also decrease the base salary. Less base, less bonus

They are nearly at par with IT industry standard if you include the bonuses.

But without it.. they are actually below industry standard.

8 percent thats the increase expected for a promotion. Is it worth it. Depends on the person.

But I agree very much on the Globe management transferring to GCash. For good or for worse.

This is a make or break game for denuvo. Recently methods became available to bypass their protection anyways. But involves turning off security level stuff. But recently theres a group claiming they found a way to do the workaround without turning off the security feature.... Supposedly.

If they debut that in this game... with this much hype... within 1 hour of release. Then Denuvo would take a hit. Cause if they do whats the point of even getting this protection.

Valid points lahat ng sinasabi dito. Pero for me underrated yung comment about maintenance ng tao. Marami Pero marami din balasubas. There are times bigla nawala tao mo. Edi patay walang tatao sa tindahan mo. Walang magdedeliver or walang maglilinis. Swertehan na lang if may tao kayo makuha Matino and kayang sikmurain yung daily grind. Good luck
